Year 5 Visit to Audley End

Year 5 visited Audley End to complete their learning on Victorians in History this term. The children (and staff) dressed up in Victorian attire and everybody looked great. We received compliments from members of the public and visitors of Audley End throughout the day on the children's outfits, behaviour and amazing engagement and interest in everything. Throughout the day children learnt about the jobs of servants in the house, were hands-on with some jobs the children would have done as well as having a tour of the service wing and learning lots about Victorian Life. Children thoroughly enjoyed looking around the house and especially having a play in the nursery with the Victorian toys. It was a great day!
