May day Celebrations

Our May Day celebration consisted of a parade of the May Queen and her attendants, then the May Queen was crowned by the Green Man.  This was followed by dancing to entertain the May Queen - country dancing by Early Years and Year One and then some fabulous maypole dancing from the Year Two classes.  We were delighted that the sun came out for the afternoon and we are so proud of the children. They did a fantastic job.
