The atmosphere was buzzing from the moment everyone arrived. Colleagues had the chance to

• explore subject development with our passionate PA leader

• observe high‑quality PE teaching across the school

• watch an OT session and see the impact on children first‑hand

• dive into the pedagogy that shapes our provision and supports every learner

 

It was a powerful reminder of what happens when talented professionals come together with a shared purpose. The conversations, reflections, and professional curiosity on display were exceptional. Spotlights continue to be one of the most meaningful ways for us to celebrate strengths, ensure quality provision, and learn from one another across the trust.

 

We are incredibly proud of our dedicated, skilled, and endlessly enthusiastic PE department. Their commitment to children shines every single day, and it was wonderful to see their work recognised and celebrated so widely.
