Owls Visit Early Years

In Early Years, we launched own topic of 'Adventures of the Night' this week. We began by recording our ideas of what we knew about owls and what we would like to find out. Then we went into the hall to meet some new friends. We met 5 different Owls and learnt their names and some facts about them! Our favourite fact was learning that they can spin their head all the way around. Finally, we watched the owls fly, they were fast and swooped low above our heads so it was very exciting!! We are all very excited for the rest of our topic.
