Katherine Semar Scootathon

On Sunday 20th September, we held our 'Scootathon' event, asking the children to challenge themselves to complete laps of the school site on bicycles, scooters or balance bikes. Thank you to everyone who came along; it was wonderful to see so many families supporting the event and cheering the children on.

Huge thanks go to Peter and Anna Scott for organising the event; all of the volunteers who gave up their time to help make the day such a success; the members of our school community who participated and to their friends and family members who generously sponsored them.

It was such an incredible day and, showing the resilience and determination at the heart of Katherine Semar pupils, the children certainly let off some energy as they scooted mile after mile throughout the day. Their enthusiasm and smiles made the event truly memorable!
