WW2 History off The Page Day

Year 6 enjoyed an immersive History Off the Page WW2 Day, stepping back in time to experience life during the Second World War.

Throughout the day, the children explored school life, evacuee life and village life, taking part in a range of hands-on activities that brought history to life. From discovering how children learned in wartime classrooms to understanding the experiences of evacuees and the challenges faced by local communities, pupils were fully engaged and gained a deeper appreciation of this important period in history.

The day was packed with enthusiasm, curiosity and memorable learning experiences that will stay with them for years to come.
