Science Week 2011

Katherine Semar pupils have just enjoyed their own 'Science Week' in school. All the pupils took part in a range of activities, quizzes, games and investigations aiming to become super scientists.

The pupils solved crimes using forensic science, made paddle-boats in an engineering challenge and investigated what happens to helicopters if their wings get smaller.

Please enjoy the pictures of the activities and keep an eye out for local and national events celebrating and promoting science this coming National Science and Engineering Week (March 11th-20th).
