    The Spirit of Christmas concert went online this year, with schools contributing their songs by video. The carol writing competition went ahead as usual, with the organisers of The Spirit of Christmas looking for originality in the tunes and a deep meaning in the words.

    Uttlesford Virtual Athletics

    Pupils at Katherine Semar Schools have continued to take part in PE clubs and squads this term whilst staying in their bubbles. Squads have been running for football and netball and the children have also been able to take part in fitness and fun clubs.

    Every year Saffron Walden Choral Society runs a Carol Competition where they invite young composers from all our local schools to write their own music for a carol in whatever style they choose, which can then be put forward into the competition.
