On Tuesday 12th March, 4HM presented a very entertaining assembly to a packed hall of proud parents and excited children.
They performed a ‘Horrible Histories’ style play which showed off all their learning from this term on the Ancient Egyptians. The play taught the audience all about why pyramids were built, the process of mummification, the importance of Gods to the Ancient Egyptians, Tutankhamen and the discovery of his undisturbed tomb.
The class rounded off their assembly with a performance of ‘The Mummy Rap’. The Parents who came to watch said it was the best assembly they had ever seen! Well done to all performers and to Mary-Kate who was in charge of the PowerPoint presentation.
