York Residential Day 2

The children slept well... too well. We had to wake some rooms up at 7am when it was time to rise.

Breakfast was delicious... cereal, toast and bacon and eggs. It was Sophie's birthday too, so she got presents and cards. Then we walked through the rain to the Castle Prison Museum. In groups we walked round the Victorian street, prison, 1960s zone and much, much more...

The rain stopped, so we got some time in the park too.

Back at the hotel, we had lasagne for dinner and caught the coach to the bowling alley. There were 8 games in total, the winners of the bowling. They are:

Jack 110 points
Chloe 106 points
Miles 102 points
Skye 97 points
Olivia 96 points
Pukar 95 points
Sydney 87 points
Honey 86 points

Once back at the hotel, it was time to eat Sophie's birthday cake, and then bed. A good day was had by all.
